my Mission

My mission is to take my extensive knowledge and expertise and use this to help you feel healthier, fitter, and stronger than ever before, both physically and mentally.

Over 16 Years Experience

I have been a personal trainer for over 16 years and have been a sponsored athlete since I was 17 years old. I have very high client retention rates, due to the ability to make sessions with my clients fun as well as highly effective. I am qualified in numerous different categories of training, as well as nutrition and sports massage.

I am a keen sportsman, and compete in many different categories of watersports to a high level. I am also an advanced skier. I have enjoyed working with many athletes of different disciplines to enhance their specific abilities.

Personal trainers can dip in and out of the career. I have been in the industry constantly for nearly two decades and have refined my techniques and grown my knowledge over this extensive period. 

 

My Core Values

The client comes first. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when training with me. I will not push you to an unrealistic limit or think that what one client can be expected to achieve will suit another client. Every client is different, and every client will have a tailored training programme.

My sporting interests

Any active lifestyle is a great way to keep in shape. Here’s a few things that I regularly add to my normal workout sessions.

Kitesurfing

Over 12 years experience in kitesurfing both in recreational and competitions. A sport which needs a high degree of core and leg strength.

Sailing

I have crewed many racing sailing boats small and large, and I use the knowledge I have gained first hand to help clients become a better sailor.

SUPing

I have been Stand Up Paddleboarding for many years including when I lived in Hawaii and can apply my knowledge of muscle usage to improve your capabilities.

Skiing

I am a passionate lifelong skier. I have trained many people in Jersey in terms of how to develop the relevant muscle groups to make you a stronger skier with improved stamina.

Surfing

I have trained some of the best local surfers, both to enhance their flexibility as well as improving other attributes which will raise performance in their sport.

Where I'm based

I am now based on the Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland, and I am available for home training and group based activities.
