As I am an athlete and sportsman as well as having a career as a personal trainer I understand that certain clients want to tailor their training to a particular sport. To address these needs, my training includes:

I will help keep you going and get that little bit more from your training, by showing you how you’ve improved, as I keep a log of your workouts for comparisons.

Annually we focus on ski training, weak knees and hip flexor are demanding more pre ski fitness which Steve guides me through meaning I get more from my holiday.
Over the years I have trained with Steven we have become good friends. I’d highly recommend him as a PT. Having a weekly trainer is a great focus for those of us who may waver without one!
I initially expected an engagement with Steve for about 6 months. But the incredible transformation he created for me, including increased cardio vascular capacity, loss of weight & a positive change to my body shape has ensured that Steve is still my Personal Trainer to this day.
